Product Sourcing

This is our proactive department which is always doing their efforts to develop new products plus making value addition in existing one. This will definitely confine customer interests which ultimately give opportunity to generate and grow more business.

Once received info (inquiry) from our customer for sourcing or develop, we immediately reactive to source that product and offer multiple options along possible counter samples to make it more successful and constructive.

Pricing & Negotiation

Upon received customer inquiry, we calculate pricing and offered best possible quotations plus additional logical options to make prices further reasonable. We always offered our sharp prices however a negotiation is customer right and we do to mature business.

Order Execution & Planning

Once pricing accepted and orders issued then we have set a meeting with mills concerns to calculate production planning like Greige completion date, Process fabric complete date (printing & dyeing), Stitching/Packing complete date, Shipment date etc…

We bring up-to-date all these info and day to day development relating orders to our customers to keep all on same page so can make timely decisions to avoid any confusion.

QA Department

QA (Quality Assurance) is backbone of our organization, we strictly follow QA parameters advised by customer and further our appointed experts also conduct in-line and final inspection just to make sure that all things inline according to requirement.

We also send time to time production pictures and reports to our customer for their review.

Shipment

This department keeps in touch with customer concern to get shipping instructions then update complete vessel or air schedule (ETD & ETA) and also suggest best earliest shipping line in advance for their easy reference and decision.

Documentation

We prepare dummy shipping documents and first send to customer for their approval so no error will happened then prepare original one to submit to relevant accordingly.
